Minutes previous meeting: Proposed by Margaret Ross, seconded by Nikki.

A.O.B: Margaret Ross has compiled a report on T.G.U. which is available, this contains details on discussion concerning Shadow Board Ballot 2006.

Correspondence: No correspondence received except junk mail.

Toolclub: Again it has been stated, everyone needed to pull their weight.

Repair co-ordinator: Letter has been sent to Murray Cochrane concerning tenants and tenancy problems (copy of letter is available). Work starts on roofs/gutterings next Monday starting in Carnarc Crescent. Steve Gifford of maintenance leaves us next week. It has been decided to ask Council for dog fouling signs and if possibe bins for dog mess.

T.P.O: Grants of up to £1000 are available to associations etc, to become more involved in their community. It was suggested a DVD be made of the community involving them. Other ideas were clean-ups, fence painting etc.

Treasurer's report: No report was available.

Police: One individual has been charged and convicted for riding motorbike in the west field. This month complaint calls regarding motorbikes being a nuisance has only been 2. Starting in june police themselves will have motorbikes which could be used to catch persistent offenders.

Councilor Report: Shadow Council is to be made up to deal with stock transfer issues. Money is to be made available for fencing. (Hope our area is to be included in this). Roan-pipes are being done, also a programme of painting (window surrounds etc) is to be done this year. Boundary changes are being made in the district but Merchinch will still stay together. Merkinch partner steering group had meeting to make suggestions for forming a partnership, which could secure funding for the Merkinch area. Peter suggested that Vic write to Murry regarding repairs maybe a meet with us to relay residents frustations with the repair service.
