There may be problems with our annual grant of £250 a breakdown of this amount is to be put to Helen Ross at Glenurquart Rd. The interviews for the post of tenant particapation officer are ongoing and hope to be filled by end of month.

Correspondence: Stock transfer forms were shown.

Police: Significant drop in motorbike calls, 24 being in July only 14 in August. There has also been a slight reduction in overall amount of calls this month full stop.

Community Warden: Tackled the graffiti in the lane between beg of Kessock Road through to Rosehaugh Rd. Visited the waterboard concerning their building on Kessock Road and they are going to give it a coat of paint to brighten it up also the chinese take away in Grant Street has been painted. Next to be visited is the Plumb Centre, and also road between Coronation Park and the Corbett Centre has to be dealt with. In Grant Street outside the bakers has been tidied up and the benches are to be painted.

Council / Paul: Murray Cochrane sent an email thanking us for all our hard work on the fun day it was a great success. It has been stated that council are quite happy for us to use the west field for legitimate fundraising events.

Peter Corbett: There are still no more updates on the motorbikes as there is still nowhere to take them the council will not allow the use of the west field for this. Would it be of any use having an open meeting concerning this, or use leaflets. Something will have to be used to break the bikers speeds for the sake of children play areas etc.

Treasurers Statement: Although Linda was absent statement was put over as balance of £970.64
