MINUTES PREVIOUS MEETING.

MATTERS ARISING.

None

CORRESPONDENCE.

None

STOCK TRANSFER.

Margaret Ross attended a meeting of the Federation in which the main topic was stock transfer. Members agreed that not enough info was in the public domain as yet. Info will be sent to Margaret as residents office bearers are mostly homeowners and don’t get info sent to them as a matter of course.

POLICE.

Operation Notebook started in the Merkinch and Lochardil areas to tackle vandalisim and underage drinking etc, with some measure of success as a result 2 address’s were visited, one for drugs the other to recover some £7,000 of stolen property.

There were 24 reported vandalisms and 6 abandoned cars.

PC P Underwood and Paul Nevile have identified certain graffit artists and will be dealing with them. Our concerns voiced at last meeting were taken on board and as a result Community Police are left more to walk the beat etc.

REPAIR CO-ORDINATOR.

Vic voiced his frustration over the total lack of organisation when it came to repairs, siting a repair done to guttering but left without fixing the slates. On another occasion, fixing repair at back of house but not repairing the front

COUNCIL.

Paul was unable to attend.

CLLR PETER CORBETT.

Peter reporterd that 2 sets of goal posts are needed to be put up, one at the top of the West Field and one set down at the floodlight area. Finance is needed for this. Ali spoke to Jimmy Flint and some of the spraying had been done.

TREASURER REPORT.

We now have a balance of £541.68

A.O.C.B.

Yvonne voiced the concern of residents and herself at the poor bus service to and from South Kessock. As a result she will send a letter asking a rep to come to our next meeting. The boardwalk has been repaired with the help of the council(but this would be a one off).

A car boot sale is suggested to sell of the rest of our bric a brac, Raymond to see if he can arrange a van and date.
