Minutes previous meeting: Proposed by Margaret Ross, seconded by Raymond MacDonald.
Matters arising: Lisa secured funding for a monitor for us (£140). Co-opted Nicky Lawson. Linda proposed, Ali seconded.
A.O.B: Margaret Ross has compiled a report on T.G.U. which is available, this contains details on discussion concerning Shadow Board Ballot 2006.
Correspondence: Community outreach event to be held Friday 15th April at the Town House. Ali, Carol, Ann, Yvonne attending, Margaret received two letters copies available.
Toolclub: Rota agreed for opening Toolclub, everyone needed to pull their weight.
Repair co-ordinator: No one been to Vic, he is fed up with some peoples attitude. Repairs or the lack of them is the residents no1 gripe.
Council: No report.
T.P.O: No report.
Treasurer's report: £463.69. £5 spent on key cutting. Cheque £140. Balance £598.69.
Police: April 1st No Speeding Day, PC Ali gave various figures including £8400 of drugs recovered. A date to be sorted out for bike marking from Show House.
Councilor Report: Merkinch Partner Steering Group had meeting to make suggestions for forming a partnership, which could secure funding for the Merkinch area.
Peter suggested that Vic write to Murry regarding repairs. Maybe a meet with us to relay residents frustations with the repair service.
