Minutes previous meeting: Proposed by Yvonne seconded by Ann Janinski.

Matters Arising: Plans were discussed for Xmas party to be held on 17th December between 12 and 3 at the offices in Craigton Ave . Dennis Platt and family will do stalls outside for the children. Linda will see Wendy Dyce about pony and trap for Santa (Peter). Ali will deal with rental of santa suit.

Councillors Report: Peter enquired as to how the auto jumble went SKRA intend to try again in the Spring as this one was not a great success because of weather. More complaints have been received about motorbikes. Council arranged for sting operations on shops selling fireworks to under sixteens, all firework complaints were discussed and a letter is to be sent to all MSPs and to Downing Street concerning this. Council are waiting for Albyn Housing to come forward with a design scheme for Kessock Court north and south.

Correspondence: No significant correspondence received this month.

Police: There was a slight increase in police calls this month 546 compared to 459 last month. But there were a significant decrease in vandilism/damage calls in this.

Community Warden: Tackled graffiti on the lane between Rosehaugh Rd and Kessock Rd. Still trying to pin down water board to paint their building in Kessock Rd. Chinese Take away in Grant Street has been painted still also waiting for Coranation Rd to be dealt with. But again back to Grant Street outside the barbers has been cleared and benches are to be painted.

Matters Arising: Dennis Platt and daughter in law Caroline Chapman were proposed to join us by Ali Locke. Discussed fun day for next year to be held on 7th July 2006 12-4 Ali will contact Forestery Commision. I will contact army.

Raymond: No complaints received but subject of sewerage smell in Carnarc Crescent homes was brought up.

Treasurers Statement: Linda handed out copies of monthly statement to all at the meeting and our monthly balance for this month stands at £994.35.

Before the close of meeting Linda brought in a birthday cake for Ali.
