Minutes previous meeting: Proposed by Yvonne, sec by Carol.

Matters Arising: Quote for insurance for us is £254.00.

Councillors Report: Kessock courts, are now sorted out and made safe. Abandoned cars are starting to crop up again, there are intentions of starting up five a side football so looking for young and also more mature teams. £30000 grant to be approved for community centre stage,and £30000 for point project for ticket office etc. £200 from the budget for enviromental improvements.

Correspondence: We have received a reply from office of Prime Minister stating another dept will be in touch with us. Another letter to be expected soon.

Police: No report available as P.C. Ali was off duty

Community Warden: Increase in abandoned cars. Dog warden has been asked to come down to South Kessock. Corbett Garden will be open soon community survey due out again soon. mp33 are going to try and grow their own veg in back garden of showhouse.

Matters Arising: Margaret Ross will represent tenants group(tenants consultative group). Community council will be giving a presantation to P.C. Pat Underwood as she is being transferred. Tool Club will be opening on the 24th of April. Volunteers will be needed.

Treasurers Statement: On taking over as Treasurer Carol has discovered £37 more in bank than accounted for so new balance is £792.87.

Treasurers Statement: Our area is now getting very popular with people even applying for mutual exchanges here. Only empty properties we now have are those waiting for maintenance. Problems emerging about access being needed for gas electricty etc sometimes entry has to be forced. Also contractors not turning up when they say they will. It has been brought to our notice that there have been kids using back of offices for drinking and football. Dell has stated that a plaque is to be made about the dolphins for the point.

TPO Letter to be done concerning running costs of Assoc for the year also contact names and addresses of committie members and office bearers. Mobile caravan will be doing the rounds to give out information about stock transfer.
