Minutes of Meeting 1st December 2005

Minutes previous meeting: Proposed by Carol, seconded by Dennis.

Matters Arising: Christmas grotto, Linda has volunteered to see about hiring/borrowing pony and trap for Santa. It has been suggested we buy forty selection boxes but perhaps eighty would be better. All members attending this meeting have decided to deliver flyers about christmas grotto to all the streets of our area. We will have extra meeting on monday to finalise arrangements.

Councillors Report: There is no report this month as Peter cannot be with us at this meeting though he is going to be Santa.

Correspondence: Invitation for everyone to attend meeting in the town hall. Yvonne, Carol, Ali, Raymond and Dennis are all too attend.

Police: Report on file.

Community Warden: Apologies sent could not manage meeting but report on file.

Treasurers Statement: Linda handed out copies of monthly statement to all at the meeting and our monthly balance for this month stands at £994.35.

Finally: Raymond has been chasing up complaints from tenants concerning repairs but no feedback as yet.
